Curtis Robinson

Curtis Robinson brings more than 25 years of experience in the fields of operations, technology and telecommunications and more than a decade in IT management. Mr. Robinson facilitates success and optimization in cloud computing and migrations, IT architecture, database architecture and operations, systems engineering, quality assurance and datacenter management. His work centers on implementing standards, procedures and processes that improve business functionality and client delivery.

Mr. Robinson delivers a high quality of service for FTI Technology’s hosted applications, including technologies such as Nuix Discover, Relativity and numerous native file processing and e-discovery platforms. He works to oversee and improve infrastructure in multiple datacenters and to mitigate potential risks within those environments. His responsibilities include enforcing change control and accountability, monitoring systems for performance and stability and enabling excellent client service.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Robinson held similar roles for multiple technology companies, delivering global solutions.

Relevant Experience:

• Led technology operations and customer support with more than 30 operations and support staff supporting a global infrastructure consisting of more than 4,000 devices (cloud, physical and virtual) across nine enterprise datacenters
• Managed and maintained strict profit and loss portfolio with $25 million annual IT budget for hosted, cloud and hybrid datacenters
• Maintained client facing support service-level agreements, using industry standard tools and applications
