Darius Johnson

Darius Johnson guides organizations and their senior leaders to design, deliver and orchestrate transformation. He uses his expertise in change management, communications, employee engagement, organizational capability and leadership enablement to maximize the value organizations can extract from their change initiatives.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Johnson has an excellent track record of success across multiple industry sectors, including Telecommunications, Media, Energy, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Public Sector. He has led change in the context of culture transformations, acquisitions, carve-outs, integrations, process improvement, technology roll-outs and strategy refreshes.

Mr. Johnson started his career at Chevron delivering global IT projects and eventually managing executive communications for the CIO. He then established a Change Management practice in consulting and led clients through technology transformations, strategic PMO and M&A scenarios. Mr. Johnson returned to industry, joining British Telecom, where he led Cost Transformation and HR Transformation initiatives.

Mr. Johnson co-founded Anyana ChangeCo, a change and innovation consulting company in Singapore. He has served as a trusted advisor to numerous senior leaders seeking to engage and empower their people during times of intense change. He has coached leadership teams through strategy creation, facilitated change management workshops for executives, and led multi-functional teams to deliver complex change.

As a champion for Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) throughout his career, Mr. Johnson helps leaders engage their diverse talent and unlock the promise of enhanced business results through D&I initiatives. Mr. Johnson’s previous clients include UK Ministry of Defence, Jaguar Land Rover, Statoil Fuel & Retail, Lloyd’s Register, Balfour Beatty, Ipsen Pharmaceuticals, and Roche Diagnostics, among others.

Mr. Johnson holds a B.A. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University and a Global Executive M.B.A from INSEAD Business School. He is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and ExperienceChange Facilitator.
