About Darragh
Darragh O’Neill brings more than a decade of experience advising clients on corporate finance engagements, with a focus on transactions and performance improvement. Darragh has led and supported more than 100 engagements across a broad range of industries.
Darragh specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. His transaction experience extends to distressed M&A, including 363 asset sales, and to sell-side readiness engagements that help clients prepare portfolio companies for sale by realizing growth and savings initiatives while strengthening reporting.

Working with distressed companies and lenders, he has delivered critical insights through 13-week cash flow modeling, SKU and four-wall profitability analysis, and scenario planning, often providing hands-on support to C-suite executives.
Beyond transactions and restructuring, Darragh has led enterprise-wide transformation programs spanning operating model redesign, cost takeout and regulatory support. He brings a data-driven, analytical approach to every engagement, distilling complex financial and operational information into actionable insights and value creation opportunities.
