About Diane
Diane Quick brings more than 20 years of experience working in e-discovery enterprise management, data analytics and legal technology and providing expert testimony. Ms. Quick’s expertise spans strategy, design, implementation and enforcement of litigation matter management protocols for complex engagements with AmLaw 100 law firms and Fortune 500 companies. She works with clients globally across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, construction, oil and gas, telecommunications, healthcare and government, and has managed litigation portfolios with more than 500 cases per year.
As clients face an increasingly complex data landscape and regulatory environment, Ms. Quick serves as a trusted advisor who has handled disparate data sources, structured databases, modern and legacy IT systems, cross-border challenges and technology solutions across thousands of legal matters. She provides end-to-end case management, applying deep expertise in the entire e-discovery process to strategically apply machine learning, predictive coding and other analytic workflows for improved fact-finding and efficiency. Ms. Quick’s technical experience includes hands-on work with numerous backend data processing platforms, software systems and digital forensics methodologies. She regularly supports her clients with creating standardized best practices to ensure the highest quality of results and cost reduction in high-stakes cases.
Prior to joining FTI Technology, Ms. Quick spent nearly 20 years in senior leadership and client services roles at large consulting and litigation services organizations and a Big Four firm.
Relevant Experience:
- Led a global team of dozens of professionals responsible for more than 500 active litigation matters for the largest multinational bank and financial services company in America
- Managed an active portfolio of complex domestic and international construction disputes and managed all e-discovery projects for a multinational construction, property and infrastructure company, utilizing deep expertise in construction industry document management systems and electronically stored information
- Deployed technology workflows throughout the discovery process, saving clients millions of dollars in document review expenses
- Devised security control protocols to allow a client to control multiple areas of cost and risk, including an approval workflow to monitor and control document access for numerous vendors and more than 100 outside law firms
