About Diego
Diego Casanova has more than 10 years of experience helping organizations uncover new sources of customer growth. Mr. Casanova has worked with clients across a diverse range of industries, including retail, consumer healthcare, telecommunications, fintech and insurance.
Mr. Casanova brings a uniquely global perspective to his client service abilities, having lived and worked in Africa, Asia, Europe and North and South America. He specializes in leading engagements focused on growth strategy, value proposition and customer experience design, as well as sales and market effectiveness.
Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Casanova was a principal at Ignite, Kearney’s global dedicated growth and customer experience practice. In this role, he led business development efforts for retail and consumer healthcare within the Americas.
Relevant Experience:
- Served as the interim head of strategy for a Web3-focused digital banking startup in Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”); launched and executed product strategy within the first 18 months
- Served as an advisor to the CEO for the consumer health division of a Fortune 100 company, defining key market opportunities and product offerings
- Served as an advisor to head of a retail telecommunications company, assisting with defining the customer experience vision and business case for reinventing the company’s home broadband product.
