Dilip Kejriwal

Dilip Kejriwal has more than 20 years of experience across equity research, corporate finance and in-house investor relations, with deep sell-side and investor relations expertise spanning infrastructure, utilities, renewables and investment trusts. Mr. Kejriwal specialises in deploying investor relations and financial communications as strategic tools through periods of significant change — including capital markets activity, activist defence and take-private transactions — delivering trusted, evidence-based counsel to boards and senior management.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Kejriwal was Director of Investor Relations at BBGI Global Infrastructure, a FTSE-listed global infrastructure investment company, where he owned the investor-facing strategy and stakeholder engagement programme and acted as a trusted advisor to the Board. In this role, he led corporate communications and stakeholder positioning through the company’s more than £1 billion take-private acquisition by BCI, owning messaging strategy, investor Q&A, regulatory disclosure and reputational risk throughout the transaction.

Before BBGI, Mr. Kejriwal built and led the investor relations function at Smart Metering Systems, a FTSE-listed infrastructure company, through a period of significant strategic transformation and shareholder activism. He navigated the £1.5 billion take-private by KKR, leading the activist defence strategy alongside advisors and supporting the Board. Additionally, he directed a £175 million equity raise and a £300 million asset monetisation.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kejriwal spent more than a decade in equity research and infrastructure investment at Macquarie, UBS, Citi and AMP Capital, delivering top-rated equity research on regulated utilities, renewables and infrastructure investment trusts as part of #1 Institutional Investor and Extel-ranked sector teams.
