Dominik Weiß

Dominik Weiß has been part of the FTI-Andersch team since 2021. Dominik’s professional focus is the creation and implementation of holistic transformations for companies ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to listed corporations. This includes strategic operational issues, organisational improvements, and performance enhancements for both the company as a whole and for individual core functions.

Dominik has extensive industry experience, particularly in the areas of consumer goods and retail, private equity and the automotive industry.

Prior to joining FTI-Andersch, Dominik worked in private equity and for a leading German management consultancy. He has a double B.A. in International Business Studies from FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg and Hull University Business School, and completed his M.B.A. at ESSEC Business School in Paris.
