Earnestiena Cheng

Earnestiena Cheng is based in the New York office and has nearly ten years of experience providing financial advisory services to unsecured creditors’ committees. Ms. Cheng has experience in a variety of industries, including movie theater, sports and media, retail, financial services and energy.

Since joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Cheng has been involved in a number of engagements involving distressed corporations and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Her advisory experience includes analyzing business plans and cashflow forecasts, evaluating complicated capital and corporate structures, investigating historical transactions and creating complex waterfall value recovery analyses. Ms. Cheng has evaluated restructuring proposals and plans of reorganization, and participated in negotiations to improve creditor recoveries.
