Eileen Fargis

Eileen Fargis is a Senior Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance segment and is based in New York. Ms. Fargis is a member of the Power, Renewables & Energy Transition (“PRET”) practice and brings more than 30 years of experience across energy and infrastructure investing, finance, operations and governance, with experience spanning conventional and renewable power, energy transition and infrastructure businesses in the United States and internationally.

Ms. Fargis’ career has included senior investment roles at GE Energy Financial Services, IFC Asset Management Company and InterEnergy Holdings, as well as senior operating and leadership roles within energy companies. Most recently, she served as CFO and Chief Growth Officer of a U.S. power developer based in the Midwest. She has also advised energy and infrastructure companies, investors and boards through Overlook Energy Advisors.

Ms. Fargis also brings substantial board and governance experience, having served on the boards of energy and infrastructure-related companies in the United States and internationally. She has worked on all sides of the table — as an investor, lender/project finance professional, senior corporate executive, board member and advisor — which gives her a broad perspective on the strategic, financial and operational challenges facing clients.
