Elina Nikoo

Elina Nikoo has more than 18 years of experience in digital forensics and investigations fields. She is specialized in the examination and analysis of evidence on digital devices, has varied skills in new technologies and she leads the digital forensics practice in Paris.

During her career, Elina has been appointed by the French investigating judge in several hundred digital forensic expertise in criminal cases. Since 2014, she has been qualified as an expert witness on the official expert list of experts before Court of Appeal of Paris.

Elina's area of intervention is the search for computer evidence and she has notably been called upon in cases of money laundering, fraud, breach of trust, identity theft, homicides and child pornography. As part of her assignments, Elina has written factual reports filed with the courts and was summoned to appear before the Assize Court as part of the expert assignments carried out.

Elina has participated in several major and complex digital forensic international court cases. Additionally, she has extensive experience in private expertise involving legal litigation and computer investigations.
