Eloy Mayorga

Eloy Mayorga serves as Managing Director in the Debt Advisory & Restructuring group in Spain. Within FTI Consulting Eloy advises corporates, financial sponsors and creditors in funding development, refinancing and restructuring processes.

Eloy has extensive experience working across different industries, including, retail, fast moving consumer goods, real estate, infrastructure, automotive, manufacturing and heavy industries.

During Eloy's career, he has advised in more than 30 special situations deals and debt refinancing processes with an aggregated value of more than €10 billion, with a combined experience in both large and mid-sized companies.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Eloy worked at Mercapital, a Spanish private equity firm, focusing on portfolio management and analysis of investment opportunities.

Eloy holds a B.A. in business from University of A Coruña and earned a master’s degree in finance from CUNEF University, in Madrid. Eloy is fluent in Spanish and English.
