Emma Lister

Emma Lister is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Debt Advisory practice, where she helps clients navigate evolving markets and access the right financing.

Emma has more than 15 years of experience advising management teams, private equity and shareholders on structuring and refinancing debt facilities to support growth, investment and transformation.

Emma joined FTI Consulting in February 2025 to expand FTI Consulting’s Debt Advisory capabilities in the UK. Prior to this Emma spent 15 years at PwC where she had a reputation for working collaboratively with clients to navigate a diversifying debt market and to secure optimal financing solutions.

• Advised Endless LLP on the cross-border refinancing of Veloris
• Advised a UK steel producer on the refinancing of its £160 million facilities
• Advised Sigma Pharmaceuticals on the upsize of its £50 million ABL facility with Leumi
• Advised Hypnos on the refinancing of its asset-based lending facilities
• Advised a UK plant hire provider on the amend and extend of its £90 million facilities
