Enrique Baranda is a Managing Director for the Business Transformation team in Spain, working to optimize operational capabilities for clients. Enrique has more than 17 years of experience in strategic consulting and operations and has led several performance improvement and value creation programs.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Enrique was a partner at EY-Parthenon, the strategy consulting division of EY. He has also worked for firms such as Kearney, where he served as a core member of the Operations team, and Roland Berger.
Throughout Enrique’s career, he has been responsible for designing and implementing multi-year transformational and cross-functional programs within the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors for private equity-owned companies and multinational corporations.
Enrique has identified significant earnings before interest taxes depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”) margin improvements for his clients and has led several operational due diligence performance improvement and efficiency projects across key industries such as energy, chemicals and consumer goods. These projects have led to significant savings across different cost categories and improvements in working capital and inventory. He has also supported industrial clients in improving their operating model for functions such as procurement, operations, logistics and fulfillment.
