Fabian Namgalies is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Technology practice, specializing in value creation for private equity-backed and public technology companies. With more than 20 years of experience across consulting, corporate operations and technology leadership, Mr. Namgalies partners with executive teams and sponsors to deliver measurable EBITDA impact through cost take-out, revenue transformation and operating-model redesign.
Mr. Namgalies brings a combination of strategy consulting and hands-on operating experience focused on value creation. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, he led the global rollout of generative AI at Amazon Web Services (“AWS”), driving more than 90% adoption across commercial and operational teams and unlocking significant productivity and cost efficiencies. Earlier, he held senior roles at AlixPartners and Bain & Company, advising private equity investors and technology companies on cost take-out and revenue transformation. His operating experience includes marketing and sales strategy leadership roles at Yahoo and Wrigley, where he supported growth and margin improvement initiatives.
Mr. Namgalies work focuses on identifying and executing high-impact levers across sales, marketing, customer success and professional services, combining data-driven diagnostics with pragmatic execution. He has deep expertise in go-to-market optimization, sales force effectiveness, margin improvement and AI-enabled productivity, helping clients accelerate growth while structurally reducing cost. Increasingly, his engagements apply generative AI and automation to unlock step-change improvements in efficiency, scalability and commercial performance. He is the co-author of a whitepaper with Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”) on accelerating the generative AI revolution in sales.
Relevant Experience:
- Led global GTM rollout of generative AI for AWS to drive productivity and cost efficiency, achieving more than 90% internal adoption and exceeding revenue productivity targets by 18%
- Redesigned sales coverage and quota models to improve cost-to-revenue efficiency, increasing sales productivity by 25% and delivering 8% YoY revenue growth for a PE-backed portfolio company
- Built a cross-functional asset acquisition model to unlock scalable growth, enabling 2.5x revenue growth within six months while improving operating leverage for a hospitality technology company
- Led end-to-end GTM diagnostic across sales, marketing and customer operations, defining a profitability improvement roadmap focused on cost take-out and resource realignment for an Enterprise SaaS provider
- Developed ROI-driven China market entry strategy, with first-year revenue targets exceeded in the first quarter while maintaining disciplined cost structures for a Global Technology Company
- Consolidated four post-acquisition sales teams and implemented data-driven segmentation, driving 22% year-over-year revenue growth through improved commercial execution for an AdTech company
