As a results-oriented professional with more than 14 years of experience in legal technology and e-hearings, Faraz Khan has a proven track record of driving growth, innovation and operational excellence. Mr. Khan’s expertise extends to managing diverse teams, developing effective e hearing processes and fostering public engagement in legal proceedings.

Mr. Khan has successfully managed complex projects across multiple stakeholders, including legal, IT, media and administration departments. His passion lies in leveraging technology to improve access to justice and streamline legal processes. His strong understanding of document lifecycles and litigation practices, coupled with his technical background, allows him to deliver strategic solutions and navigate the ever-evolving legal landscape.

Mr. Khan has provided services to trials around Australia in Magistrate, Supreme and Federal Courts and he has worked on arbitrations in Sydney, Perth, Singapore, Dubai, The Hague, Paris and London.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Khan was instrumental in building Law In Order’s trial tech team.
