Greg Crouse

Greg Crouse has 30 years of hands-on technical implementation and software development experience. Mr. Crouse applies that expertise to assist clients in highly technical intellectual property and systems implementation litigation to establish liability. He has extensive business and technology experience within the financial services, energy, healthcare, manufacturing and public sectors.

As a practitioner, Mr. Crouse helps clients execute efficient processes through technology enablement with his extensive experience implementing complex global change initiatives. He has successfully implemented more than 50 complex systems implementations in various industries, ranging in size from $250,000 to $550 million in overall spend. Many of these were multi-vendor scenarios with a global delivery model.

Mr. Crouse has served as an expert witness in dozens of intellectual property disputes and complex litigation in federal, state and arbitration cases in North America and globally, providing his expertise with litigation strategy, expert reports and testimony.

Mr. Crouse has performed business process improvement projects for numerous clients in the financial and energy sectors. He has also led efforts to create and revise policies and procedures related to financial institution compliance, including mortgage processing, underwriting, credit reporting and payments. In addition, throughout his time working with financial services clients, he created several of the industry’s first paperless environments.

Mr. Crouse is the author of the book “Systems Implementation Litigation” and several white papers related to systems implementations and IT risk, including IT project success factors, performance testing excellence and software development lifecycle (“SDLC”) optimization. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker at industry events on the topics of IT risk and systems implementation.
