Haradri Vyas

Haradri Vyas has over 16 years of experience within industry and consulting across multiple sectors supporting and conducting value improvement exercises including profit improvement, rapid cost reduction, operating model design, business plan review and development and implementation planning and support. The remit of these exercises has included both commercial and operational areas.

Haradri's sector experience including Construction, Retail, Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, Power and Utilities, Postal and Logistics, Chemicals, MedTech, Diversified industrials, Manufacturing and Infrastructure.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Haradri spent 4 years at KPMG within its Strategy Group focussing on Energy and Natural Resources sector.

Prior to consulting Haradri worked with Reliance Industries in their Jamnagar refinery which is the world’s largest refining complex as a projects engineer and later as a maintenance engineer. He also worked in Hindalco Industries within their projects and maintenance functions.
