Harriet Barham has 10 years of experience in strategic communications, crisis management and EU policy advocacy, with a particular focus on the healthcare, biotech and life sciences sectors. Ms. Barham advises organisations on high-stakes communications challenges, translating complex scientific, regulatory and political issues into clear strategies that shape perception, influence EU-level policy outcomes and support business objectives. She works with leadership teams to prepare for and navigate business-critical moments across the full lifecycle of healthcare and biotech organisations.
Ms. Barham’s work spans EU public affairs, issues management and live response and international media strategy. She brings particular depth in the biotech and pharmaceutical space, advising clients on the communications dimensions of regulatory milestones, clinical developments and policy advocacy, as well as supporting engagement with patient groups and European institutions.
A native English speaker and fluent in French, Ms. Barham also speaks Spanish and understands Flemish, enabling her to operate across diverse stakeholder and media environments throughout Europe.
