Haylee Peterpaul is a seasoned healthcare executive who combines deep clinical expertise with a proven track record of driving financial performance, quality improvement and organizational transformation. Partnering with CEOs, health system boards and C-suite leaders, Ms. Peterpaul leads sustainable transformations across quality, regulatory readiness, infection prevention, sepsis program creation, operating efficiency and margin improvement.

With a strong foundation in critical care and quality assurance, Ms. Peterpaul brings clinical credibility and executive insight to her work. She has delivered more than $26 million in measurable business impact and led initiatives that improved CMS Star Ratings and Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades across complex health systems. Her collaborative leadership drives positive, sustainable change and lasting performance improvement.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Peterpaul was an Associate Director at Berkeley Research Group (“BRG”) and an Associate Vice President at Vizient. Preceding these roles, she gained more than a decade of industry experience as a Registered Nurse, overseeing quality, patient safety, regulatory, infection prevention and clinical excellence pathways.

Ms. Peterpaul holds an A.S. in Nursing from Western Oklahoma State College and a B.S. in Nursing from Oklahoma Panhandle State University. She received the Clinical Excellence Award from Western Oklahoma State College in 2019 and graduated with honors from Oklahoma Panhandle State University and Northeastern State University.
