Heiko Rauscher

Heiko Rauscher is an experienced management consultant whose industry focus is on automotive, including vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, and industrial goods. He has strong entrepreneurial drive, global perspective, as well as proven leadership and business development skills.

Heiko has conducted more than 100 management consulting projects for automotive and industrial goods companies. He specializes in transformation programs, strategic planning as well as performance improvement in core functions like supply chain, purchasing and production.

Heiko has led transformations for corporate clients across Europe and Asia. He has more than ten years of experience in China, with a deep understanding of local markets and cultures, a large network and a strong knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2022, Heiko worked as a Partner for Oliver Wyman. Additionally, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Porsche Consulting Ltd, as well as General Manager of Droege & Comp China Ltd. in Shanghai. He started his career with Bain & Company in Munich.
