Ilona Indra is an expert in change management, change communications, leadership and organizational development. Ilona leads the People & Transformation practice in Germany. She joined FTI Consulting in 2020 after a career of more than 23 years in large German companies, where she led complex transformation projects and also held business management positions.
As a Managing Director in the Frankfurt office, Ilona advises clients on complex organizational and cultural transformations. She works at the intersection of corporate management, communications, HR and the respective specialist department.
Ilona’s focus is on the analysis and development of corporate culture such as shaping feedback, performance or compliance culture; the implementation of corporate strategies such as ESG strategies, new organizational structures, new sales strategies and the establishment of shared service centers; the support of companies in turnaround situations; and the implementation of new ways of working, such as Future Ways of Working.
