Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Wanklyn was a Partner in the Strategic Operations practice at Kearney, where she worked in various roles for more than 25 years.

Relevant Experience:

• Spearheaded comprehensive cost transformation and margin improvement programs for private equity firms and their portfolio companies, achieving savings of up to 12% on direct materials and 30% on logistics
• Successfully managed global clients through pre- and post-merger integration phases, identifying millions in synergies while establishing performing, center-led procurement communities
• Overhauled procurement strategy, set a three-year roadmap and redesigned the digital enablement initiatives for a $25 billion consumer packaged goods client to strengthen collaboration with business partners and increase benefits case by $100+ million
• Spearheaded cost reduction program for a B2B industrial supplies distributor, which included design and implementation of new procurement organization, processes and procurement technology and a simultaneous learning initiative to provide leadership and on-job coaching to new organization, resulting in $25 million cost savings in year one
• Implemented world-class procurement organizations and global training programs for more than 330 users across four continents, driving the adoption of digital strategies for billions in spend
