Jean-Werner de T’Serclaes

Jean-Werner de T’Serclaes has more than 25 years of transformation experience working in a wide range of industries across the globe and has a specific edge in financial services. In France, Jean-Werner co-leads a multidisciplinary team of experts to help clients navigate their most complex issues. Across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”) region, he leads FTI Consulting’s Financial Services practice.

Throughout his career in consulting, Jean-Werner has supported clients in financial services and private equity and has worked across a variety of industries in major transformational programs and post-merger integrations.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Jean-Werner was a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he led the Financial Services practice for Europe, the Middle East, South America and Africa and served on the France and European Management Committees.
