Jeff Wray

Jeff Wray has more than 25 years of experience developing strategy and driving large-scale operational change, primarily for clients in the retail and consumer products industries.

Mr. Wray has advised a diverse range of clients during complex transactions and transformations. He frequently serves retail and consumer products companies across the food, apparel, consumer electronics, home and personal care industries in North America, South America, China and Western Europe.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Wray was Global Leader of EY-Parthenon, the strategy consulting arm of EY. Previously, he was a Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group and a Principal at Kearney.

Relevant Experience:

• Designed the to-be operating model and the go-forward route to market strategy and associated sales and distribution for businesses in Asia, Middle East, North America and Latin America as part of a multibillion-dollar merger between two global consumer packaged goods (“CPG”) players
• Led organizational restructuring and streamlining for a global consumer products company; redesigned the global supply chain function and major sales and go-to-market capabilities
• Supported design and implementation of a new sales force and associated promotional strategy for a newly combined U.S.-based personal care player
• Developed the go-forward business strategy for an international food and nutritional player subsequent to a merger; evaluated the combined company’s position relative to competitors, consumer trends and the evolving regulatory landscape
• Provided overall program management guidance for the post-merger integration of two North American consumer product companies
• Supported the commercial divestiture for the carve-out and sale of a portfolio of brands from a U.S. consumer products player; identified the key route-to-market issues and defined the stand-up considerations for a possible strategic or financial buyer
