Jeremy Gittelman has 10 years of experience providing financial advisory services in complex restructurings. Mr. Gittelman has provided restructuring advisory services in both in- and out-of-court situations. His clients include public and private companies in various industries, including aviation, retail, media, healthcare, offshore drilling, electric utility, agriculture, technology and telecommunications.

On the company-side, Mr. Gittelman’s advisory experience includes developing business plans and cash flow models, preparing financial projection models, assessing liquidity and working capital management requirements, conducting operational and financial due diligence, and managing constituencies and related parties during the restructuring process. He has also assisted various creditor clients by developing value waterfall recovery analyses, evaluating cash flow forecast models, performing claims reconciliation and preparing financial analyses to support the development and implementation of strategies to maximize value for creditors.
