Jessie Pham brings more than a decade of experience in strategy consulting and corporate leadership, advising executives across technology, telecom and digital infrastructure sectors in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Ms. Pham specializes in commercial and corporate strategy, with a strong track record of helping companies unlock growth through go-to-market design, pricing optimization, customer segmentation, base management and operational transformation.
Ms. Pham works closely with executive teams to shape long-term business strategies, drive cross-functional alignment and guide investment decisions. Her experience spans both B2B and B2C models across industries including mobile, broadband, enterprise network services and data centers. She has helped clients develop five-year strategic growth plans, reduce operational inefficiencies and improve capital deployment.
Ms. Pham’s engagements often focus on delivering measurable outcomes —from improving contribution margin and customer retention to shaping market entry and product expansion strategies. She also has experience launching new business units, scaling and early-stage technologies.
In addition, Ms. Pham has held operational leadership roles in manufacturing and business development, further grounding her strategic approach in execution and organizational effectiveness. She is a regular panelist and moderator at industry events focused on digital infrastructure (DataCloud USA) and growth strategy (International Telecom Week).
