Ms. Shapiro is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice, primarily focused on advising healthcare clients, including a broad set of companies in the senior living, pharmaceutical, health technology and healthcare services sectors.

Ms. Shapiro is experienced in financial modeling, cash forecasting, bankruptcy planning and implementation, financial and operational planning, debtor-in-possession financing, due diligence, strategic operational initiatives, business valuations, sale process and financing support and assessment of financial performance against industry norms and competitors.
