Jiwan Singh

Jiwan Singh is a Managing Director in the Business Transformation team based in London, specializing in technology-enabled value creation for private equity clients.

Jiwan has more than 15 years of experience delivering tech-enabled value creation, carve-outs, IT transformation and due diligence for PE and corporate clients across North America and Europe.

Jiwan has extensive expertise across complex technology programmes, having led more than 70 transactions across the UK and the wider European market.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Jiwan was part of the Strategy and Transactions team at EY-Parthenon, based in London and Toronto.

Earlier in his career, Jiwan worked at Accenture Technology Solutions in the United States, focusing on large-scale technology transformation programmes.

Relevant Experience:

• Led technology diligence and cost optimisation identification for a leading European online classifieds group on behalf of a PE consortium
• Delivered technology carve-out assessments and execution plans across discrete and chemical manufacturing and consumer sector transactions, ensuring operational continuity post-close
• Delivered sell-side exit readiness for multiple media monitoring and data insights businesses, driving EBITDA uplift through platform consolidation and IT optimisation
• Led Enterprise Resource Planning (‘ERP’) strategy, implementation and process optimisation (O2C, P2P, R2R) for the carve-out of a Canadian steel company during a PE buyout
• Led more than 50 complex technology diligences, including bottom-up break-up cost modelling, business plan validation and identification of technology value levers
