Joanne Dunn has more than 30 years of experience in restructuring, leveraging her expertise in all aspects of corporate and personal appointments through her qualifications as a Registered Liquidator and Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy.

Joanne utilises her experience and professional skills to project manage complex appointments, working closely with a diverse team to produce the best commercial outcome for all stakeholders.

Joanne has gained extensive experience in a broad range of industries including mining and mining services, property development, engineering services, labour hire, retail, not-for-profit service providers and waste management.

By leading from the front and maintaining a hands-on approach, Joanne is able to understand the core issues of each matter and can pivot quickly during high-pressure scenarios.

• Evolution Traffic Management Pty Ltd: Voluntary Administrator responsible for trading the company for three months, managing 11 Australian depots and more than 350 vehicles and maintaining employment of over 700 staff
• All Trades Queensland Pty Ltd: Voluntary Administrator to large apprentice hire company with 463 apprentices and staff, responsible for trading the business for three months
• Privium Pty Ltd: Voluntary Administrator to large residential builder encompassing management of finance and assets and support of clients across various stages of build completion
• FSG Australia: Voluntary Administrator of one of Queensland’s largest charities offering services to more than 2,500 people in the areas of disability, mental health, aged care, family and children’s services
• Rubicor Group Limited (ASX-listed): Voluntary Administrator of one of Australia’s largest labour hire companies (including 34 Australian subsidiaries), which involved the trade on of the numerous businesses and successful sale of the digital and technological arm of the business
