Johan A. Nilsson

Johan Nilsson is a Senior Director in FTI Consulting’s Trial & Arbitration Support practice. With more than ten years’ experience, he is the senior designer in the New York office. His primary focus is creating persuasive graphics and presentations to support attorneys in complex disputes.

Over Mr. Nilsson's career, he has worked with a long list of legal teams from some of the most admired law firms in the nation, including Covington & Burling, Debevoise & Plimpton, Dentons, Holland & Knight, Kelley Drye & Warren, Proskauer Rose, Weil Gotshal & Manges, White & Case, Willkie Farr and WilmerHale.

Mr. Nilsson has worked on many types of disputes, including products liability, environmental damages, complex financial matters, antitrust, and intellectual property. He’s supported hearings and trials in venues from California to New York, Delaware, Chicago, and Paris; in Federal and State Courts, domestic and international arbitration, and the International Trade Commission.

Mr. Nilsson's representations have included work on behalf of AT&T, AXA, Bank of America, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Daimler, Hospira, MetLife, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, NYSE, Pfizer, Philips, Schindler, Shire, Supernus, Toyota, and Verizon to name but a few.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Nilsson was the Creative Director at Infographics, a New York based litigation consulting firm. Earlier, Mr. Nilsson was based in Copenhagen, Denmark where he was the Art Director and co-founder of Rosen Communication, an enterprise software consulting firm with clients like IBM, SAP and Oracle.
