Jonathan Joffe

Jonathan Joffe has been providing insolvency and restructuring services to corporate clients, lenders and stakeholders for more than 15 years. Based in Toronto, Jonathan focuses on assisting distressed businesses and implementing reorganization strategies.

Jonathan’s experience includes working on complex financial advisory engagements, formal and informal restructurings, and cross-border engagements, as well as executing stakeholder negotiations and developing recapitalization and realization strategies.

Jonathan has advised both public and privately owned enterprises, private equity and debt funds, lenders, and other stakeholders in multiple industries, including retail, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, cannabis, logistics, real estate, technology, manufacturing, agriculture, steel, mining, hospitality and financial services.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Jonathan worked in the insolvency and restructuring practices of KSV Advisory and Richter.

Jonathan holds an M.M.P.A. from the University of Toronto and a B.Com. from McGill University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
