Joseph Myatt

Joe Myatt specializes in providing due diligence services to lending institutions, investment banks, operating companies, financial and strategic buyers and private equity investors. Mr. Myatt’s experience spans more than 150 transactions, ranging in size from $10 million to more than $2 billion.

Mr. Myatt has more than 20 years of experience in asset-based lending and accounts receivable securitizations across a variety of industries, including music, rental equipment, manufacturing, retail, education, distribution, technology and energy. He has assisted with the initial due diligence of borrowers’ potential collateral and identification of ineligible assets. Further, Mr. Myatt has provided monitoring services, including analyzing monthly reports and identifying ineligibles that were not currently specified in the loan or securitization documents.

Mr. Myatt also currently serves as the lead Backup Manager in several whole business securitizations including Five Guys, Zaxby’s, ServiceMaster, Authority Brands and Wingstop.

In addition, Mr. Myatt has assisted both strategic and financial buyers in evaluating acquisition opportunities, including analyses of historical and forecasted operating results and quality of earnings assessments.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Myatt was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services practice. Mr. Myatt’s clients included Bank of America, Capital One, Northleaf Capital Partners, PNC, Citibank and Bank of Montreal.
