Josh Rupright

Josh Rupright is a discovery services pioneer with more than 25 years of experience in e-discovery and digital risk management in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Rupright serves as a trusted advisor to his corporate and law firm clients, delivering comprehensive services and expertise to support complex proactive and reactive matters, including disputes, investigations, data breaches, information governance and regulatory response.

Mr. Rupright collaborates closely with FTI Technology’s clients to develop and implement defensible e-discovery strategies with a keen focus on efficient, repeatable and cost-effective solutions. From forensic data collection to managed document review services, he works to understand client needs and provide the right solution to address any challenge.

Prior to joining FTI Technology, Mr. Rupright served in sales consultant roles at Merrill Corporation, First Advantage Litigation Consulting, True Data Partners, CaseCentral, Document Repository, Inc. and Attorney’s Diversified Services.
