Juli Saitz

Juli Saitz is a Senior Managing Director in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment and is based in New York. Ms. Saitz has more than 25 years of experience providing forensic accounting and financial and economic analysis to attorneys in litigation and arbitration, as well as private general ledger accounting expertise. Her experience includes working with outside counsel and clients throughout all phases of the litigation life cycle. In addition, Ms. Saitz has provided testimony in federal and state court matters, as well as domestic and international arbitrations.

Ms. Saitz began her career at Big Four accounting firms. She has helped to resolve commercial disputes and has provided financial consulting services related to investigations and damage analysis in various industries, including insurance, technology, entertainment, real estate, hospitality, food and beverage, consumer products, financial services, chemicals and manufacturing.

Throughout her career, Ms. Saitz has developed significant expertise in strategic review, financial analysis, profit calculations, cost claims and asset tracing. Additionally, she is experienced in licensing and royalty determinations, manufacturing and marketing capacity, fixed and variable cost analysis, allocation of costs, evaluation of forecasts and projects and fiduciary oversight. Ms. Saitz has also served as a damages and accounting expert in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, valuation, accounting, representations and warranties, business dissolution, derivative shareholder actions and patent, trademark and copyright infringement.

Ms. Saitz holds a B.S. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York, is Accredited in Business Valuation and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Saitz is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association and the New York International Arbitration Center, where she also served an advisory council member for a quantum and expert-related educational series in 2022 and 2023.
