Julian Mossop

Julian Mossop is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice with more than 10 years of experience specializing in providing financial and strategic solutions to companies, secured lenders and creditors. Mr. Mossop provides corporate finance and business turnaround and restructuring advisory services to stakeholders across a variety of industries including financial services, insurance, technology and restaurants, among other industries.

Mr. Mossop has experience in extensive 13-week cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis, cash management, business plan development, three-statement financial modeling and analysis, assessment of company strategic alternatives, analysis of financial statements and operational performance and development of plans of reorganization and recovery and liquidation analyses on behalf of various companies and stakeholders. He has worked on both in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions representing parties throughout the capital structure.

A representative list of Mr. Mossop’s experience includes advising the boards and management teams of First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, Reverse Mortgage Funding, Pareteum Corporation, MediaMath, Perkins & Marie Callender’s, a large parking services company, Yum! Brands, Earth Fare and Outcome Health.

Mr. Mossop has also advised lenders and unsecured creditor committees for many companies, including Walter Investment Management, Consulate Healthcare, Franchise Group, Ruby Tuesday and CraftWorks, among others.
