Kasey Lin

Kasey Lin is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice. Kasey advises creditors, companies and other stakeholders on complex financial restructurings and special situations.

Kasey’s recent experience spans UK Restructuring Plans, French accelerated safeguard proceedings, new-money financings and debt-for-equity transactions, with a particular focus on advising secured and unsecured creditor groups, companies and sponsors. She has experience across a range of industries, including telecommunications, real estate, healthcare and retail.  

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Kasey was a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring group in London. In this role, she advised on complex stressed and distressed transactions across Europe and Asia, specialising in large-scale cross-border restructurings, new-money financings and distressed M&A processes.

Relevant Experience: 

• Advised a creditor group of Altice France on a comprehensive restructuring 
• Advised the steering committee of Adler Group’s noteholder on new-money facilities and an amend-and-extend implemented through a UK Restructuring Plan
• Advised Amara NZero on a comprehensive restructuring transaction
