Kasper Lee

Kasper Lee is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. Kasper has nearly 15 years of experience in providing holistic capital structure advice covering liability management, restructuring, new capital solutions and distressed M&A. He is based in Hong Kong and has also worked in the firm’s London office.

Kasper’s advisory experience in Asia includes Agile, CERCG, Kaisa, Noble Group, Mongolian Mining and, more recently, some of the leading Hong Kong-based property developers.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Kasper was with Houlihan Lokey and PwC’s financial restructuring practice.

Kasper holds a B.Sc. in Quantitative Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a Certified Public Accountant.
