About Kate
Kate Holmes is the global head of marketing for FTI Technology. In this role, Ms. Holmes manages the team and oversees all marketing activities serving corporate and law firm buyers for FTI Technology’s offerings, including e-discovery, information governance and data privacy. Activities encompass thought leadership, public relations, social media, solution marketing, digital marketing, event and field marketing, brand, cross-segment and corporate collaboration, sales collaboration and go-to-market strategies.
Over the course of her tenure, Ms. Holmes has led the transformation of FTI Technology’s marketing team to support the segment’s growth across revenue, people and geographies. This includes evaluating, deploying and adopting new sales and marketing technology and processes to automate tasks and bring greater cost efficiencies.
Ms. Holmes also has expertise in restructuring teams and recruiting team members to better align with strategic priorities, as well as driving new processes to ensure better global collaboration with sales teams.
Prior to joining FTI Technology in 2006, Ms. Holmes provided marketing and communications consulting for several technology companies including Microsoft, ADIC (now Quantum) and Dimension Data.
