As a trusted advisor to public and private sector executives, Kerrie leads the Data Analytics & AI capability within FTI Consulting’s Healthcare & Human Services practice in Australia. She has a passion for and a strong track record of shaping and executing AI-enabled transformation by embedding predictive analytics, automation and intelligent decision support into core business processes. Her experience spans data strategy, large-scale procurement optimisation, supply chain resilience and workforce analytics, consistently delivering tangible efficiency gains.

Relevant Experience:

• Led the design and build of a cloud-based procurement spend platform, leveraging AI and machine learning to generate deep visibility of spend, uncover contract leakage and identify up to 10% savings opportunities at scale
• Designed, implemented and embedded an optimised patient flow and booking model for a large patient transport network by combining process redesign, computer-aided dispatch optimisation and near real-time monitoring — delivering fewer delays, faster pickups and improved patient satisfaction, successfully scaled statewide
• Led a multiyear transformation to establish a cloud-based workforce data and analytics platform, enabling whole-of-government workforce data integration, advanced analytics and enterprise-wide reporting
• Advised NSW Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, designing and operationalising an end-to-end procurement and supply chain model supported by a cloud data platform, including critical monitoring and reporting systems to support rapid, high-stakes decision-making
