About Kerry
Kerry Held applies her expertise in internal communications, learning and development, and change management to accelerate the achievement of clients’ transformation objectives while also enhancing their customer and employee experience.
Ms. Held has more than 15 years of consulting experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare and other consumer-facing industries where she has developed a deep understanding of organizational culture and how effective employee engagement can influence a client’s brand and customer experience.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Held began her career at Union Square Hospitality Group, where she developed cultural learning and development programs that ensured a consistently high-quality hospitality experience in all of Danny Meyers’s famed New York restaurants.
Most recently, Ms. Held served as the Strategy Director of Employee Engagement at Siegel+Gale, where she developed messaging and positioning strategies, internal communications, training and brand ambassador programs to elevate her clients’ brands among their customers, employees and prospective employees.
Ms. Held’s previous work has been with clients across a wide range of industries. Some prior clients include Hilton, Novartis, Diageo, Delta Airlines, Best Buy, Bristol Meyers Squibb, H&R Block, GE, Northwell Health, and CareFirst (BCBS), among others.
Ms. Held holds a B.A. in History and International Studies from Boston College where she graduated on the Deans List. She is also a certified executive coach through iCoach / Baruch College.
