Kim Foss

Kim Foss is a member of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment and is based in Chicago. Ms. Foss has experience in restructurings, reorganizations and cost optimization, providing advice to companies, creditors, shareholders and other interested parties.

Ms. Foss has experience in a variety of industries, including retail, cannabis, food service, restaurants, life sciences, manufacturing, oil and gas, transportation and logistics, metals and mining. Throughout this work, she has conducted operational and financial due diligence, reviewed and developed business plans and performed debt capacity analyses. In addition, Ms. Foss has expertise in liquidity management, 13-week cash flow forecasting, vendor management and various cost optimization initiatives. She also has experience advising clients on structuring, negotiating and refinancing various forms of debt, including debtor-in-possession financing.

Prior to becoming a full-time consultant, Ms. Foss was an intern and an as-needed consultant for FTI Consulting. She holds a B.S. in finance with distinction from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
