Leonid Fink

Leonid Fink is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in London. Mr. Fink is in the Strategic Communications segment and leads the corporate and financial communications offering in Central and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Fink has more than 15 years of experience in supporting financial transactions, including IPOs, M&A, privatisation deals and share buy-back programmes. Additionally, he provided counsel on complex crisis situations, litigation and personal reputation management.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Fink served as a Partner at Instinctif Partners. He was responsible for leading the firm’s business in the former Soviet Union, advising corporate clients on a wide variety of strategic communications issues.

Before this role, Mr. Fink had a successful career in business journalism, spending more than 15 years at the BBC, where he worked for the Russian Service as Business Editor and commented on Russian business affairs for the World Business Report.
