Leslie H. Moeller is Chairman of North and South America at FTI Consulting. Mr. Moeller is focused on developing client relationships, working across the Company’s business segments to bring the collective expertise to clients. He is a member of FTI Consulting’s Executive Committee, which includes segment leaders, regional leaders and heads of key corporate functions.
Mr. Moeller is a seasoned operational executive with proven results driving growth, shareholder value, scaling operations and building high-performing teams at complex global companies. He joined FTI Consulting from PwC Strategy& and PwC Advisory, where he served as Global Leader of PwC Strategy& and Global Leader of PwC’s Retail and Consumer Advisory practice. He was instrumental in the launch of the firm’s marketing and sales service offering.
Mr. Moeller previously was Managing Director of North America at Booz & Company, where he led the sale and integration of the business into PwC to form PwC Strategy&. He was a member of the Booz & Company Board of Directors from 2009 to 2012, and served as Chair of the Audit Committee and then as Chair of the Finance Committee. He joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 1992 and built the firm’s Consumer and Retail business.
In 2009, Consulting magazine honored Mr. Moeller as a Top 25 Consultant. He is the author of the book The Four Pillars of Profit-Driven Marketing: How to Maximize Creativity, Accountability and ROI.
Mr. Moeller began his career with Procter & Gamble, where he developed the brand architecture to double the sales of NyQuil (including LiquiCaps and DayQuil) and launched Citrus Hill Plus Calcium, one of the first functional drinks.
