Lindsey Bianco

Lindsey Bianco has more than 10 years of consulting, corporate finance and project management experience. Ms. Bianco’s advisory expertise focuses on merger integration consulting, business strategy and planning and performance improvement.

During Ms. Bianco's time at FTI Consulting, she has worked on various merger integration and carve-out engagements. In these client roles, she has been responsible for program management and coordination, functional team oversight, communication planning, issues management, cross-functional integration plans and dependency management, headcount rationalization, integration reporting and execution tracking.

In addition to Ms. Bianco's merger integration experience, she has supported publishing engagements focused on operational improvements through customer experience optimization and performance improvement that included end-to-end performance analysis of historical performance of properties across multiple markets. Select broadcasting engagements include strategic operations analysis as part of performance improvement and merger integration planning.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Bianco worked for Clark Construction Group, LLC as a Project Manager and Geotechnical Engineer. Most notably, Ms. Bianco acted as the Project Manager, overseeing the Emergency Repairs for Settlement at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Seawall project for the National Park Service. This project was selected as American Society of Civil Engineers – National Capital Section 2012 Project of the Year.

• Led several merger integration and carve-out engagements while at FTI Consulting, including CBS/Entercom, Charter Communications, Bally’s Corporation, Foursquare and several portfolio companies for private equity companies
• Completed several performance improvement engagements, including Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, Williams Scotsman and McClatchy Company
