Llewellyn Walsh has more than a decade of experience helping organizations improve performance and operational efficiency. Ms. Walsh provides financial and operational transformation services to large multinational and domestic firms, as well as private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. Her industry experience includes food and agribusiness, manufacturing, retail and consumer products, transportation and logistics and higher education, among others.
Ms. Walsh applies a finance-first lens to operational transformation, ensuring initiatives are quantified, prioritized and executable. She partners with senior leaders across organizations to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that generate meaningful stakeholder value.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting’s Business Transformation group, Ms. Walsh worked in the firm’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice, where she advised both private and public companies, as well as secured creditors, on out-of-court restructurings and formal bankruptcy proceedings. Her background has equipped her to operate comfortably in both distressed, high-pressure environments and healthy yet complex organizations undergoing strategic transformation.
Relevant Experience:
- Led network optimization synergy analysis for a potential merger of two large (more than $1 billion) beverage companies
- Led day-to-day execution of a complex operational due diligence for a specialty chemicals manufacturer evaluating the acquisition of a competitor
- Developed a 13-week cash flow analysis to assess liquidity position for a number of businesses across multiple industries, including media, healthcare and food and agriculture
- Led the operational and strategic review of a $1 billion dairy company experiencing decreased liquidity
