Marianne Pasiliao

Marianne Pasiliao provides transaction advisory services to corporate and private equity clients and has expertise in financial due diligence and business plan and financial projection reviews. Ms. Pasiliao has more than 10 years of experience across the healthcare, software, food and agriculture, manufacturing, distribution and retail industries.

Ms. Pasiliao’s experience includes the preparation of quality of earning analysis, quality of revenue analysis, net working capital and debt analysis, preparation of financial models and projections (including the preparation of 13-week cash flow forecasts) and review of three-statement forecast models.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Pasiliao worked in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance Practices in Toronto and New York.

Ms. Pasiliao graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.Com.
