Marion Bossy, D.V.M.

Marion Bossy is Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance segment. Marion is an expert in pharmaceutical R&D strategy and advanced analytics.

At FTI Consulting, Marion is tasked with co-building and leading the Pharmaceuticals practice in Europe. She focuses on R&D strategy, portfolio optimization and development acceleration.

Marion spent more than seven years building her expertise at McKinsey & Company, serving the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. As an Associate Partner, Marion supported public and private pharmaceutical players on strategy and advanced analytics across the full spectrum of R&D and multiple therapeutic areas (oncology, immunology and rare disease). She co-led the firm’s European R&D transformation service line, with notable engagements including identifying novel indications for immunology assets through real world evidence (“RWE”), accelerating development via advanced analytical use cases (subpopulation identification, synthetic control arms) and redesigning the R&D organization of a major pharma player.

Marion then joined SOPHiA GENETICS as Global Head of Real World Evidence, where she led both RWE and medical strategy to support evidence generation in oncology (breast and lung cancers). She developed AI-driven methodologies to assess treatment superiority and uncover multimodal biomarkers associated with cancer progression.

Marion holds a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from École Nationale Vétérinaire d’Alfort. Additionally, she earned a Master in Scientific Management from ESSEC Business School and Northwestern University centred on U.S. Health Economics.
