About Mark
Mark White has been involved in the engineering and construction industry for his entire career, focusing on helping clients better understand their project delivery challenges and drive digital transformation to mitigate risk and improve project cost and schedule performance. Mark’s experience is global, working with international clients and on projects on nearly every continent.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mark spent the past 12 years at Hexagon, where he was the SVP of Portfolio Strategy for the Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division and was a key supporter of our partnership. In his role at Hexagon, Mark led the strategy for delivering a smart digital reality from design to operations for complex industrial facilities and clients.
Mark spent the first 20 years of his career with Faithful+Gould, where he leveraged his background as a Quantity Surveyor and aptitude for technology to build an external-facing technology consulting practice to design, develop and implement project management and controls technologies for the likes of Michelin, Genentech, bp, the World Trade Center Memorial and Intel.
Relevant Experience:
- Led the transformation of the portfolio strategy function for one of the world’s most important asset lifecycle software companies
- Led the selection and acquisition of enterprise portfolio and project controls software for more than 30 companies in the engineering and construction domain
- Led a major selection and implementation of enterprise portfolio and project management software for leading biotech company
- Led the transformation of portfolio and project controls processes and technology for one of the world’s largest tire manufacturers in six countries
