Marley MacDougall designs and implements solutions to support clients through all phases of the deal lifecycle, from pre-sign diligence and deal design through post-close transformation. Ms. MacDougall has expertise across various industries, including retail and consumer products, media, healthcare, industrials and financial services.

Ms. MacDougall has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams. She serves as a partner to buyers, sellers, counsel and other advisors to ensure alignment across the transaction landscape.

Ms. MacDougall has led operational due diligences, including identifying run-rate synergy opportunities and related one-time costs, supporting lender negotiations, scoping transition service agreements (“TSA”) and designing transaction execution plans. Her sign-to-close experience includes leading transformation management offices, designing and standing up finance and accounting functional designs, serving in various interim finance roles and supporting functional teams across organizations. Post-close, Ms. MacDougall supports clients to optimize cost structures, realize synergy opportunities and swiftly exit TSA services.
