About Mateusz

Mateusz Stankiewicz-Szynka is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is part of the Energy & Industrials practice. Mateusz operates across Warsaw and Brussels.

Since joining FTI Consulting in 2014, Mateusz has worked on a number of EU-level public affairs campaigns, ranging from highly sensitive issues in the oil and gas sector to innovative technologies for energy and transport. 

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mateusz worked for Chevron Onshore Europe. In this role, his work focused on shale gas exploration operations in Central-Eastern Europe. Mateusz also gained professional experience at government institutions such as the Polish Embassy in Vienna, the Polish Ministry of Economy and the Foundation for Polish-German Relations.

  • Designed and implemented strategic public affairs and advocacy campaigns for clients including Aena; ConocoPhillips; ExxonMobil; Forvia; GTSOU; Halliburton; Sasol; Shale Gas Europe; the Trans Adriatic Pipeline; and UGI International
